Real Waikato jobs Pat has finished, commercial fit-outs, architectural builds, show homes, and weekend-warrior reno work.

Pat's crew did the interior gib stopping on the new Waipa Civil commercial offices, on behalf of Higgs Building Co. Higgs is a Certified Passive House Builder, passive-house interiors don't forgive sloppy stopping, so the standard had to be tight.

An architectural build by GV Homes on the Raglan estuary, vaulted ceiling, floor-to-ceiling glazing, long ceiling joins that would have showed up under the estuary light if they hadn't been right. GV Homes went on to win the 2024 Bunnings New Home House of the Year in Waikato.

Show-home work for a Waikato builder. Show homes go through the photo grind, every wall has to hold up to a wide-angle lens. Pat stops to that bar by default.

Big open-plan kitchen and living, taped and stopped, ready for the painter on the day. The first job back after the summer break.

Two-pitch vaulted ceiling on a rural new build. Long rakes, clean cornice line, no waves at the apex join.

Homeowner put the gib up at the weekend. Pat came in behind, stopped the lot, sanded back, and handed it over paint-ready.

Architectural detail work, stopping in around exposed rafters without overrunning the timber line. Patience job.

Full-room stop in a mid-stud living space. Tools out, walls up, paint-ready face by handover.
Ring Pat with a few photos and a rough square metre figure.
